Mobile In-person visits attract an additional travel fee and are confirmed based on location, availability and the service required.

  • Project Consultation

    For custom garment ideas, upcycling and redesign projects, or group and bulk orders. We will discuss your vision, design possibilities, timeline, budget and next steps.

  • Measurement Consultation

    Receive guidance taking the measurements needed for your order.
    Virtual measurement guidance is available online. You may also visit our location for complimentary physical measurements. Mobile measurement visits are available for an added travel fee.

  • Alteration Consultation or Fitting

    For garments that need to be adjusted to fit. An in-person fitting is recommended because the garment usually needs to be seen and pinned in place while being worn.
    Virtual consultations are available for preliminary assessment if we can't coordinate a physical visit.

    *Have a torn seam, damaged zip, loose hem or another garment repair? Please use our Repair Request Form instead of booking a consultation.

Prepare for your Consultation

Project Consultation

For custom orders, share your inspo / sketches / moodboards with us on WhatsApp ahead of our meeting time (If you have).
For upcycling projects, have the original garment available so we can assess its fabric, construction and opportunities for transformation.

Measurement Consultation

- For in-person appointments, avoid bulky clothing that may affect the measurements.
- For virtual appointments, have a flexible tape measure and wear fitted clothing.

Alteration Consultation

Bring the garment and any shoes, bra, shapewear or undergarments you intend to wear with it. The garment should be clean and ready to try on.
