Our Shipping Policy 

To guarantee that your shipment is successfully delivered and that you receive it within the time constraints we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly provided and includes all relevant and/or mandatory information. For timely delivery, it's crucial to utilize the relevant acronyms, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route details (if applicable).If the address information supplied at the time of purchase is inaccurate or improperly entered, we are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or incorrectly delivered products.

We do offer delivery to PO Boxes. However, expedited shipping is not possible to a PO Box. We have other carrier options and have the right to change carriers at any moment.

The products will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer for international shipments. Steph's Creations has been given permission by the consignee to import the products on his behalf. Furthermore, the consignee/buyer accepts that Steph's Creations may assign the responsibility for importing the items to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The taxes and tariffs will be paid by the consignee in addition to the purchase price of the items.

Do you ship overseas?

delivery options available to you based on the shipping address provided.



How will I get my items here in Jamaica if I purchase from the website?

Locally, shipping options include Zipmail (Post Office to Post Office, 2-3 Day Delivery),
Local Courier(Door to Door for customers within Kingston and Portmore, Same Day Delivery) ,
Knutsford Express (Islandwide, 1 day Delivery). The JMD cost of each
delivery option is provide in the delivery title.
